Delete your account or data
You can delete your QiMAP account from inside the app at any time, or ask us by email. This page says exactly what each option deletes, what stays, and for how long.
1. Delete your account in the app
- Open QiMAP and go to the You tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. You are signed out on every device immediately.
Deleted at once: your phone number, display name, sign-in sessions and the devices registered to the account (including push-notification tokens). You can sign up again later with the same number; it will be a new, empty account.
2. Ask us by email
If you no longer have the app, or you want your data deleted without closing the account (for example your trip history or saved places), write to hello@qi-map.com from the phone you use with QiMAP or quote the phone number of the account. Say which of these you want removed:
- the whole account (same as the in-app button, plus the records below);
- trip history and position data;
- saved places (favourites, Home, Work) and recent places;
- searches you made;
- reviews, photos, place suggestions or road reports you contributed.
We verify that the request comes from the account holder (a one-time code to that number, or a reply from the app) and complete it within 30 days, with a confirmation message.
3. What is deleted, what is kept

4. Using QiMAP inside SuperQi?
The QiMAP mini app has no account of its own — it uses your SuperQi identity. Your QiMAP data (saved places, trips, contributions) can be deleted by email as above; the SuperQi wallet account itself is managed by Qi Card under its own terms.
